Terms of Service

General

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time
Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs

--| I will draw:

  • Furries
  • Ferals
  • Dragons
  • Humans (stylized)
  • Any other OCs that I haven't mentioned (if they're appropriate and I'm fine with drawing them)
  • Difficult designs / complex OCs (not overly difficult though, but I'll try my best)
  • Simple / stylized backgrounds

--| I won't draw:

  • Offensive content
  • Inappropriate content
  • NSFW
  • Fetishes
  • Anything else that I'm not comfortable with

If you're still not sure if I'll be comfortable with drawing your idea, just ask me, I don't bite ^^

Payment

  • Payment in due in full upfront after the sketch is approved, and only after that I will continue working on the drawing
  • Payment is done through PayPal using USD (please note that you have to send it as a "Donation" since you can send the money only as a "friend or family", and I can't receive money through invoices, because PayPal prevents Ukrainian accounts to "earn" the money, and sadly, that "friends or family donation" method is the only way.) Refunds

  • Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted
  • You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done
  • You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork

Revisions

  • One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price
  • Minor revisions are allowed during the whole process for free, but if it requires me to redraw a lot of stuff, or make a lot of changes, it will cost you extra, depending on the amount of extra work
  • Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees

Deadlines

  • Since my country is at war, and I don't have electricity for 15+ hours a day and still have to study, it might take some time to finish your commission TwT
  • I won't be as fast as others, but I will always try my best to complete your commission within a timely manner
  • In case of any troubles or delays I'll make sure to notify you as soon as possible and keep you informed
  • Sorry for that, and thank you for understanding TwT

Copyright and Usage policy

--| You can:

  • Use it as your pfp, banner, or something like that (with credits)
  • Repost it on social medias with credits
  • Print it, or make something else (for personal non-profitable usage only)
  • Any appropriate and non-profitable personal usage

--| You can't:

  • Claim it as your work
  • Remove my watermark / signature
  • Make any profit from my work (without buying the rights from me)
  • Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI

Intellectual Property

  • I (artist) reserve the intellectual property work
  • I can display commissioned work on my social medias or website
  • I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork
  • Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners
  • The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights
  • For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 300% the original price
  • Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially

How the commission process will go

  1. You choose the commission type, and let me know about your choice
  2. I'll ask you for the references of your OC (original character) that you want to be drawn, and your ideas for what should be in the drawing, like what pose, expression, background you'd want to see and etc
  3. After that information is received, I'll make a free watermarked rough sketch, and send it to you for a revision (you can say what you want to be changed, because after this step any major changes will cost you extra)
  4. After the sketch is approved, you'll have to pay the full price upfront, and only after that I'll continue working on the drawing
  5. I'll keep you updated about the drawing, and sometimes may ask some questions about some decisions during the process, for example if I have some interesting ideas or ways of drawing something, and I need to discuss it with you for achieving the best result
  6. After everything is done, I will send you the finished piece, and after it's approved, the commission is done
